paint (on most microsoft systems look for it in your accessories )
step 1 :
open paint
step 2 :
draw a circle with the circle draw thingy
step 3 :
underneathe the circle click the square draw button and draw a rectangle (so that it is connecting with the circle )
STEP 4 is only if you want to make your image smaller
step 4:
save then open a new blank page
step 5:open your image cut it down move the piece that you cut (and that you want) to the upmost right left corner , now move the blank white part by going to the corner until the arrow comes up drag it to where your cut pic is . Then save it .
If you want free images where you do not have to link back go here
Open your circle and rectangle back up , now go to the edit button next to file click and go down to paste from
paste your image onto your globe
step 6 :
color your circle and rectangle with the paint bucket
then click the paintbrush and for snow were going to use that . (do not add alot )Change the color to white then just put little dots around your image
save
step 7:
with the same image were going to put more dots onto it , more then lastime .
save
when saving put a 2 after this image
ANIMATING YOUR SNOWGLOBE
now

now that you have made your globe
heres how to animate them
open the program called giffy
click the
load BMP
button
find where you saved your first blinkie then double click it.
then click the little box next to the word transparent
then
click save gif .
Do this process over for your second globe

once finished
open the program unfreeze (leave giffy up)
go back to giffy
click save gif
find your blinkies and drag it them over one at a time
to the white part of unfreeze.
push the frame delay on unfreeze up to around 15-45
then click
make animated gif
save and your finished .
enjoy your new snowglobe
